hey guys! I know for a lot of you exams are starting or have started, so today's blog post is going to be about studying for these exams.
My first tip is to type all your notes and print them out. Have fun with it by using different coloured text and fonts. Add pictures or diagrams if you are a visual learner.
Once you have typed your notes, put them in a display folder for that allocated subject. DON'T TRY AND PUT THEM ALL TOGETHER AS YOU WILL GET CONFUSED UNLESS YOU USE TABS TO SEPARATE! Along with the typed notes put any class work, that you find helpful in and put all revision sheets in. If your teacher does power points, ask her to upload it to your school portal or email it to the class, and print them. When printing power points, you can print 2 to 8 per page so your note wasting paper and your printing money!
My second tip is to use flash cards. This study tip is my tried and true and I would revise these everywhere at least 5 times.
The best subjects I find to use them for is science, home economics, business, some times math if you have to learn formulas, some times for English if you are learning poetry and have to know poetic devices, history if you have to remeber historical events such as WORLD WAR I AND WORLD WAR II. When I use flash cards, I use different coloured sharpies as I remember colours better than just black.
My third tip is to get a white board or a glass surface and with a white board or a chalk board marker, write notes. Because it is a glass or a white board surface it will come off easy so mum won't freak out. I love using this trick for science!
So I hope you guys enjoyed! And hopefully a video will be up on my channel soon!
