Hey guys! Today I am doing healthy breakfast and lunch ideas!
My first is a breakfast juice.
For this you will need:
a juicer
3 green apples
3 oranges
1 mini pineapple or if you can't find a mini one 1/2 a regular sized one.
STEPS:
1. peel your oranges and core your apple.
2. then peel and cut your pineapple.
3. Put the oranges in the juicer and juice. When the oranges are finished add the apples and then the pineapple.
4. Add a small amount of water and ice and your are done!
Oats and berry yogurt:
For this you will need:
a mason jar
berries of your choice: I like to use blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
rolled oats
plain or vanilla yogurt
STEPS:
1. Place your mason jar in the freezer over night so it will stay cool and won't make the yogurt go funny.
2. Add the yogurt to the jar.
3. Add the oats and berries and you are done!
Lemon/cucumber/berry detox water:
You will need:
A water bottle
water
A lemon or cucumber or berries
Ice
STEPS:
1. Add water to the bottle
2. Add either a lemon/cucumber or berries into the water
3. This is optional, but add some ice and you are done!
